In 2014 my life started to shift…

The day-to-day routine of waking up, going to work, coming home on repeat, started to wear on me. I was a computer technician working the same job since 2001. I had decent pay, great benefits and good vacation. The last year and half had been a time of frustration and confusion.

I recommend Holly to anyone who is looking to break out of their comfortable but static lifestyle. She is one of those rare trainers who can work with beginners and give them BIG results within the first month. She can also train women and men who have been religious “workout people” their whole life (like me!). In the past 20 years, I have worked with 8 top level trainers around the world, and Holly was the first trainer I saw visual results after just 6 training sessions. I am currently 39 years old, and in the past 20 years, I have fluctuated 30 pounds in weight (between 110-140 pounds—Not because of pregnancy), have given birth, and I can say my body looks the best its ever looked. I recently saw friends from high school and from my workplace 5 years ago, and many of them assumed I have had plastic surgery or work done. I laughed, and just said one word. “Holly.”
Holly is an outstanding human on top of her training abilities, so I am always inspired after our session. I have energy and positivity like never before. I literally am a new person. It’s not just the definition on my newly “ripped” (yea, I said it! “ripped!”) body, but my renewed and rejuvenated mind and spirit that I am so excited about!
I NEVER write reviews on anything, even though I am extremely opinionated, but I just had to post this here because of how impressed and astonished I am by the results. I signed on for personal training sessions, and got a “life makeover” instead.
If you are looking for a new beginning, a new chapter, or just wanting to break free from your comfortable but static lifestyle, Holly is your answer. I am a believer, and will continue to work with her until I (or Holly) move out of the State.

Holly’s own commitment to fitness is her best advertisement.  After two months with her, my husband and I have renewed our commitment to living healthy and we both can see and feel the difference in our bodies.  We’re even able to better keep up with our 6 year old! Jen SuttonShe starts with a consultation to get to know you, your goals and current fitness routine. She is completely tuned into what your individual body can do. I have some injuries that limit certain movements. I think she actually enjoys the challenge of altering exercises for my needs.
